Cancellation
In the event we have to cancel a trip, we will provide a full refund.
In the event that you wish to cancel your booking, we will issue a refund if we receive more than 48 hours’ notice. If you give us less than 48 hours’ notice, we reserve the right not to refund unless we are able to re-sell your seats.
Personal Belongings
Full third-party liability is provided for all passengers, excluding personal belongings (including cameras, mobile phones & other electronic devices) which are carried at your own risk.
Arrival & Departure Times
In the event of late arrivals, we reserve the right to maintain our advertised departure time and may have to depart without you (in this event, we reserve the right to not issue a refund)
We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your departure time. We are based at Crinan (postcode: PA31 8SW), which is 8 miles west of Lochgilphead on the B841, mainly on a single-track road, so please allow sufficient time for your journey.
